At the heart of the Red Cross Society Kundapura lies a deep commitment to serving the community, not just in times of crisis, but every day. Our health camps and community initiatives are designed to reach those who need help the most.
Over the past year, we’ve:
- Conducted multiple free health check-up camps offering BP, sugar, ECG, and general health screenings. Hundreds of people benefit from these services every year.
- Supported 15 TB patients by providing monthly food kits and protein powder, ensuring they have the strength to recover. Each kit costs ₹1,100 per month, sponsored entirely by our members and the Janaushadhi Kendra.
- Distributed relief during floods, including food kits, hygiene products, and essential supplies.
- Donated wheelchairs, hearing aids, school benches, desks, water purifiers, and more—filling the gaps where support is needed.
Every initiative is powered by our belief that no one should be left behind. Whether it’s a small village or a large town, we strive to make healthcare and support accessible, affordable, and compassionate.
